The journal intends to publish all original, theoretical and practical advances in the field of Civil Engineering and sub-fields such as :-

  • Environmental Engineering,
  • Geotechnical Engineering

Peer Review Process

All submitted papers will be reviewed by the board of committee of NAU JCVE after which the corresponding author will be communicated via email of the outcome of the review process. 

Two members of the board of committee of NAU JCVE will be given the article to review. After review at least one out of two members must return the verdict 'ACCEPT FOR PUBLICATION' before the paper shall be accepted for publication in the current issue of the Journal.

ACCEPT FOR PUBLICATION can come under different sub-headings such as:

  1. ACCEPT FOR PUBLICATION, 
  2. ACCEPT FOR PUBLICATION WITH MINOR CORRECTIONS, or 
  3. ACCEPT FOR PUBLICATION WITH MAJOR CORRECTIONS.

The rejection of a paper shall come under the heading 'REJECTED'.

 

Publication Frequency

NAUJCVE is published quarterly. Paper submission is open 24/7.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The publication fee is a one-time review and publication cost online for an entire accepted manuscript or paper.
